How to apply
Programs available include supplemental nutrition programs, health coverage, and monetary assistance. Families or individuals in need of assistance must submit an application. There are several ways to apply:

- Phone – Applications are accepted by phone. Call (530) 527-1911, Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
- In Person - Applications are accepted Monday through Friday, 10:00am-2:00pm. A drop box is available to drop off applications after hours. 310 S. Main Street, Red Bluff, CA 96080
- Mail – Applications may be submitted by mail at: PO Box 1515, Red Bluff, CA 96080
